2nd annual American Legion Post 116 Whole Hog and Pork Shoulder Cook off. The Whole Hog Cook-off is NCPC-sanctioned. The pork shoulder portion of the event is for the blind taste and people’s choice awards only.

SANCTIONING NOTE: The pork shoulder can be cooked on the same grill, but cannot touch the whole hog in any way
