WEATHER UPDATE:
Despite the impending rain and wind, we are pleased barbecue will still have a place during this weekend’s Wide Open Bluegrass Festival. Our well-anticipated Barbecue Experience Dinners on Friday, October 2 and Saturday, October 3 will still take place.

Using North Carolina’s Heritage Farms pork, Chef Register’s barbecue plate will include his oak wood smoked pork and Southern staple sides. Saturday, October 3, Dinner:
Linwood Parker and White Swan of Smithfield are back for the second year with the traditional eastern North Carolina barbecue, coleslaw, hushpuppies and banana pudding.
