Our BBQ Cook-Off starting Friday night is part of The Whole Hog Barbecue Series, sanctioned by the North Carolina Pork Council, that celebrates the history and artistry of whole hog cooking, supports communities and nonprofits, and is proud to have a wide and growing fan base in North Carolina. The barbecue chefs who qualify at the festival will then square off in September for the grand prize: the Whole Hog Barbecue Championship. Sign up for a chance to showcase your cooking skills.
