The IBMA Midtown Bluegrass Series will be held on September 15th with a Whole Hog competition to kick off the day!  This will be a Saturday night cook and Sunday midday judging event.  Please reach out to Lane Huger for details on sponsorship or registering as a cook team!

Saturday
• 8 pm – Set up may begin (prior event will be finished break down by 8)
• 9 pm – Team Check-in and Cooks Meeting
• Whole hogs distributed following Cooks Meeting

Sunday
• 6 am – All Whole Hogs Must Be Distributed
• 11 am – Sauce Competition
• 1 pm – Whole Hog Judging Begins
• 2:30 pm – Awards Ceremony
