The Whole Hog Barbecue Series if headed west again in 2025!
NCDA & CS is pleased to be hosting the 2nd Whole Hog Cookoff as port of the 2025 Mountain State Fair in Fletcher, NC. The 2025 cookoff will be a day cook on September 6th and will be capped at 12 teams. Registration and Awards information will be released in early 2025.
