NC Blueberry Festival’s BBQ Cook-off

Join us for the 19th annual North Carolina Blueberry Festival! The BBQ cook-off is a highly anticipated annual event during the Blueberry Festival weekend. After the cook-off is over, the meat is served at the festival as BBQ sandwiches or BBQ by the pound. You will find this to be the most popular meal at the festival!!

Proceeds from the festival are used to provide academic scholarships to deserving, college-bound seniors in the blueberry producing counties of Bladen, Duplin, New Hanover, Pender, and Sampson. The festival is held each third Saturday in June on the Courthouse Square in Historic Downtown Burgaw, NC.
