20 cook teams will face off in a whole hog BBQ contest in two divisions: NC PORK COUNCIL and BACKYARD divisions. The BBQ we make will feed over 5,000 festival-goers at the 2019 event. All proceeds go to support our local Boys & Girls Clubs.
