Set up begins Friday, January 13, 2023 at 2:00 pm and judging starts Saturday, January 14, 2003 roughly at 8:00 am. BBQ plates will be for sale at 10:00 am after judging! Net proceeds will go towards ENC Ronald McDonald House Charities.
