$150 Entry Fee
Participants can enter venue on Tuesday afternoon from 3:00-7:00 p.m.
Chief Cook meeting at 7:00 p.m on Tuesday, May 13, 2025.
Pig Delivery at 6:00 a.m on Wednesday, May 14, 2025.
Judging begins at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 14, 2025.
Teams will be asked to debone, chop, and possibly serve BBQ to public.
Award time will depend on the amount of teams that participate.
Cash or Check due on Tuesday at the Chief Cook Meeting.
