Please note that submission of an application does not guarantee that your event will sanctioned by the NCPC Whole Hog Barbecue Series. No more than two events shall take place on a given date, in some circumstances three events will be allowed in one weekend. Geographic proximity is taken under consideration during review.
This report MUST be filed for your winner(s) to be eligible to participate in the State Championship. Should be filed within 15 days of the event.
